While companies typically ask customers whether they would recommend them, Relynk focuses on what departments require from one another to work effectively.

Both aspects are directly related.

The question posed to customers reveals their satisfaction. The question posed to departments reveals their reliability.

Relynk doesn’t just collect tasks like Kanban boards or traditional project management software. Instead, it clarifies everything that’s important at every interface, ensuring teams have what they need to keep moving forward efficiently.

It encourages departments to align on their mutual requirements in a low-barrier, mutually beneficial way.

Requirements can be anything—from a critical project deadline to a request that something always be done a certain way going forward.

The customer and supplier departments coordinate on each requirement until the supplier department is able to accept it.

With Relynk, the supplier department always knows which requirements are currently pending from which customer departments, as well as exactly how each customer department needs the deliverables in order to continue their own work effectively.

The customer department is regularly asked to assess whether the requirement has been implemented as agreed.
