We make collaboration a manageable factor in companies.
So value creation works reliably.
Relynk combines management practice with scientific work. The Managing Director of Relynk GmbH is Prof. Dr. Andreas von Schubert, Professor of Business Administration at Wismar University of Applied Sciences.
The scientific foundation of Relynk originated at the Institute for Internal Customer Orientation, the predecessor institute of Prof. von Schubert. With the development of the Relynk software, this approach was continued within Relynk GmbH. Later, Prof. von Schubert founded the Institute for Work Science and Process Optimization (IAP) at Wismar University of Applied Sciences in order to further develop the idea scientifically and bring together exchange between different professional perspectives.
The IAP Institute sees itself as a platform for exchange between scientists and practice partners and focuses on the interplay of people, departments, and processes in organizations. In addition to Prof. Dr. Andreas von Schubert, the institute’s members include Prof. Dr. Michael Rüdiger and Renate Malter. The institute’s board of trustees is chaired by Dirk Löding, Managing Director of Voltus GmbH.
From this professional environment, Relynk is continuously developed further.
